The Injury Control COBRE brings together multidisciplinary junior clinical researchers, senior faculty, and advisory members to build a center which produces high level, independent researchers equipped to address and improve the injury epidemic.
The Administrative Core provides the administrative, fiscal, and scientific infrastructure for all COBRE research cores to assure that research project leaders (RPLs) achieve research and career development success.
The Research to Practice and Policy (RPP) Core guides research project investigators (RPLs and pilot project researchers) and other COBRE affiliated scientists in the design, implementation, and dissemination of studies capable of changing practice and policy through seminars, 1:1 consultation, community based experiential experiences and dissemination strategies with core faculty, content experts, and key stakeholders.
The Injury Control Digital Innovation (ICDI) Core transforms the measurement, development, and delivery of injury control research on a wider scale through expert support and technical assistance in digital health innovation for junior investigators and COBRE-affiliated researchers at RIH as well as the broader scientific community.
